PTSA President Barb Skotte just sent out the word that Orcas Rec has added a 4th and 5th grade girls' basketball program to its schedule. The program will start January 6th and run every Tues and Thurs from 5:30 m-7 pm until March 12th (except the week of 2/16). The coaches are Carol Rost and Tim Hance, and the program will culminate in a basketball tournament in March!
Practices will be at the Orcas Christian School Gym. Cost is $50 for the entire program. No experience is necessary, but sign up soon--space is limited. Call Orcas Rec at 376-5339 for more information.
